Personally, i think this is a fantastic guide for breaking-in nitro motors. It follows the heat cycle principal which allows the engine to reach normal operating temperature much faster. I have broken in 5 engines using this method and all have been tremendously successful. Give it a shot, i'd love to hear your feedback!
